With the world coming to a standstill position, cricket, like all other activities, remains suspended. Amid this chaos and having nothing much to do, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is engaging fans on social media by making a dream team of the boys in green.
Becoming a part of this initiative, cricketers are also coming forward to pick their dream batting partners. Recently, Test skipper Azhar Ali jumped on the bandwagon by picking the legendary figure Inzamam-ul-Haq as his dream batting partner in the middle-order. Not only that, but the 35-year old also regretted the fact that he didn’t play international cricket for Pakistan during Inzamam’s era.
“Reviewing the players of the past, I would love to bat alongside Inzamam-ul-Haq. It was my dream to ply my trade with him, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to join the national team when he played cricket for us. Inzi Bhai has always been my favorite player” - the veteran of 78 Tests and 53 ODIs said.
