Andre Russell is one of the most sought after cricketers as far as T20 cricket is concerned. Then things became even more interesting for him when he made a lot of impact after representing Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). In Russell, KKR got the needed balance which was one of the reasons for them becoming a consistent team of the 20-over competition.

Recently, the talismanic all-rounder revealed his love for this franchise by stating that he would love to play for KKR until his retirement. He added that the goosebumps he gets playing for KKR at the iconic stadium of Eden Gardens remain second to none. He also shared gratitude for the KKR fans who bestowed a lot of love for him.

It is important to note that the veteran of 321 T20 matches made his IPL debut in 2012 for Delhi but shifted to Kolkata in 2014. From 2015, he became a regular member and started showing his all-round capabilities.
