Shoaib Akhtar open to coaching India

Even after bidding farewell to the International cricket, it is hard to see the former paceman Shoaib Akhtar out of the news. Time and again, the celebrated figure is found sharing statements or analysis which allows him to muster a lot of attention.

Recently, Shoaib has expressed his willingness to serve as the bowling coach of India – a position currently occupied by Bharat Arun. While interacting with fans on a social networking site, he was hit with a question regarding grooming the Indian pacers. Wasting no time at all, the cricketer turned expert added that he would not turn down any such offer.

The 44-year old said that his job is to spread the knowledge he obtained after playing a lot of international cricket. Therefore, he detects no harm in sharing the secrets of the trade even with a country which is considered arch-rival of Pakistan. Moreover, Shoaib added that he has it in him to produce more aggressive, fast and talkative pacers.
