Cricket Australia (CA) has disclosed that its players are going into train under the new rules by the end of May. Amid the pandemic, the CA has decided to use innovative rules with medical assistance to avoid any mishap. The board will utilize the medical services of the specialist doctors during the training sessions.
Moreover, the social distancing will be prioritized while the players train in the nets. There will be 2-3 bowlers in a single net, with the batsman being 22-yards away, it won’t be a big issue for the board.
Cricket Australia will also advise its players to avoid handshakes, celebrations after taking wickets, or any other close contents. Remember, Australia is expected to play a full-fledged series with India later this year if both the cricket boards agree on a contract.
